Dialysis
As a special concern to patients suffering with kidney issues which is very common in the Uva region, the hospital has established a dialysis unit for people seeking dialysis treatment.
The unit is operated by professionals from the teaching hospital. This facility is maintained as a special service with a fixed package at a low cost.

Chemo therapy
A special ward is established within the hospital for cancer patients seeking chemo therapy. The chemo therapy ward is somewhat concealed in a way not to expose patient identity. The ward treatments is directly handled and administered by the consultant doctor personally.

We maintain a standard laboratory facility with modern sophisticate machinery and equipment to cater
the diagnostic scope with regular internal audits. A team of 5 qualified MLTs fulltime and part time

Operation Theater
The operation theater complex is equipped with modern equipment, instruments and monitoring
facilities can handle 3 operations of any type at a time and a separate theater for eye surgeries. This is

OPD
A team of highly qualified doctors with vast experience are committed to extend 24 hour
uninterrupted service to all the patients at our OPD unit. The OPD patients have the advantage

Indoor Patient
The indoor patient unit is (separated) on the 2 nd floor with a total number of 26 rooms consisting Luxury,
Semi-luxury and economy rooms. All indoor treatments are carried out under the direct observation and
instructions from the relevant consultant doctor. For those who cannot afford a room can choose to opt
for a single bed in the ward and receive the same quality treatment under the consultant. For
